Order Processing

Most Misri outfits are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 3–4 weeks for dispatch
  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Dispatched within 12–24 hours
  • Custom Size Orders: May require additional processing time depending on design complexity

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.


Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free Shipping Across India
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Remote locations may require additional transit time

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Shipping Charges

  • Free International Shipping on orders above ₹20,000
  • Shipping charges may apply for orders below ₹20,000 and will be calculated at checkout

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery within 10–15 business days after dispatch
  • Transit times may vary depending on destination country and customs clearance

Duties & Taxes

Misri primarily ships international orders through DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services whenever available.

This means duties and taxes are generally covered by us, ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience.

However, certain countries may impose additional charges beyond our control. Customers will be responsible for any such charges if applicable.


Ready-to-Ship Orders

Products marked as "Ready to Ship" are available for immediate dispatch.

Dispatch Timeline

  • Within 12–24 hours of order confirmation

Delivery Timeline

  • Delhi NCR: Next Business Day Delivery (subject to courier availability)
  • Rest of India: 2–4 Business Days
  • International: 7–15 Business Days

Express Shipping

If you require your outfit urgently, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Express production and shipping may be available for select styles at an additional cost.

Availability depends on garment complexity and production capacity.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • SMS (where applicable)

Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking number.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Courier partner disruptions
  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

Misri shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs authorities.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Delivery timelines may be affected
  • Misri is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

Our team will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
